Beavers are open to boys and girls aged between 6-9 years. It is the beginning of a Young person’s journey in the scouting movement. We learn how to get on with each other. We make new scouting friends.

A Beaver group is called a Colony The Colony is divide into Lodges. There are 5 beavers in each Lodge. Through fun and adventure, we learn how to on with other people. Beavers are in charge of the lodges, rotating every month so each member gets a chance to lead, helping them progress on their Beaver journey..
