Scouts are open to boys and girls aged between 11-15 years.
Scouts section is the middle of your journey through scouts. It is the start of real adventure as we take on a wider range of activities including raft building, pioneering backwoods and water activities. A scout group is called a troop. The troop is divided into patrols. Which have 6-8 scouts in each. Each patrol has a patrol leader who leads the group. They also have an
assisted patrol leader who assists the leader and leads the group when the leader is not there. Each scout inside a patrol has a specific job to do, such as a First aider, Quartermaster, and chef. Scouts are not only about patrols working as a team but also your journey and what special interests that you may have outside of scouting. Whether its music or art or something completed differently, In scouts, you can be awarded awards for those interest that you may have.
