NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (the AGM) of Cill Dara Scout County Board will be held at Kilcock Scout Den, Bridge St, Kilcock, Co. Kildare, W23 D9D0 on Thursday, 7^th November 2024 at 7.30 pm for the following purposes:

1. To confirm the minutes of the previous annual general meeting
2. Adoption of the report of the County Commissioner
3. Adoption of the Annual Scout County Report as prepared by the County Secretary
4. Adoption of the Accounts of the Scout County as prepared by the County Treasurer
5. Adoption of the Reports of the County Programme Co-ordinator
6. Adoption of the Reports County Training  Co-ordinator  
7. To receive the report of the Cill Dara Scout County Youth Fora.
8. To receive a report from each Scout Group in the Scout County
9. The election of the County Secretary. (Nomination Form to be returned by email before Thursday 24^th October 2024 11.59pm)
10. To consider for approval proposals, reports and submissions submitted by email to the County Secretary before 11.59 pm on Thursday 24^th October 2024. by any member of the Scout County Board.
